Job summary

Elevate Branson in Branson, MO is seeking an Elevate Work Coordinator to recruit students and mentors, coordinate affiliate sites, and support business partnerships. You will help deliver Elevate Work classes and provide administrative support to the Program Director.

This role emphasizes relationship building, program logistics, and data tracking, with a flexible schedule and occasional evening classes. Candidates should be organized, communicative, and mission-driven.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview prospective students.
• Coordinate orientations and maintain student files.
• Track attendance and graduation progress.
• Conduct alumni follow up.
• Recruit and onboard mentors and schedule check-ins.
• Coordinate partner churches and affiliate locations.
• Assist with employer outreach and maintaining relationships with hiring partners.
• Prepare reports and track program outcomes.
