Elevate Branson is seeking a Part-Time Elevate Work Coordinator in Branson, Missouri to recruit students, mentor relationships, and coordinate affiliate sites. You will support employment partnerships, orchestrate class delivery, and maintain participant records.

The role requires strong public speaking, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while reflecting the mission of Elevate Branson in community engagement and faith-aligned leadership.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview prospective students.
• Conduct orientations and maintain student files.
• Recruit and onboard mentors and coordinate mentor check-ins.
• Coordinate partner churches and affiliate locations.
• Maintain relationships with hiring partners and employers.
• Prepare reports and track program outcomes.
