Job summary

Elevate Branson, based in Branson, MO, seeks an Elevate Connections Director to provide compassionate service to individuals seeking assistance and connect them with available resources. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and supports on-campus programming and data reporting.

The position requires strong communication, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work with diverse communities, including crisis situations and long-term support efforts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Preferred – Minimum of 2 years working in social work or a similar field.
• Preferred – Knowledge of the HMIS.
• Great communication skills.
• Great customer service skills.
• Team player.
• Able to work alongside individuals from all walks of life.

Responsibilities

• Complete intake forms on individuals seeking assistance.
• Enter demographics, case notes and referral information into data collection systems.
• Enter pertinent data into Charity Tracker, HMIS and other software programs as needed.
• Assist Elevate Connections Coordinator in referral calls and client follow-ups.
• Promote on-campus programming with Elevate Branson staff.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Manage employees, including annual assessments, training, and other tasks.
• Attend community meetings to grow available resources for those served.
• Create strategic goals and stay accountable to them annually.
