Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services field or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with persons with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Ability to communicate with and support individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve staff schedules and time cards.
• Interview, hire, evaluate and terminate staff as needed.
• Ensure adherence to policies through training and feedback.
• Provide orientation and feedback to new staff and mentor colleagues.
• Monitor and improve documentation, financial records, and meetings.
