The Arc Prince George’s County is seeking a full-time Program Manager to oversee direct support professionals for assigned homes, ensuring services are person-centered and advocacy-driven. The role requires travel between sites and on-call coverage for emergencies.

Responsibilities include coordinating medical and behavioral plans, supervising staff, managing budgets, and promoting community involvement while engaging families in activity planning.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with individuals, families and partners.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on person-centered supports.
• Proficient with computers and standard software.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Two years of supervisory experience working with people with disabilities.
• Knowledge of community resources available in Prince George's County.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating services and documentation.
• Demonstrates alignment with the agency’s vision and person-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical appointments and behavior support plans.
• Lead person-centered planning and promote self-advocacy.
