National Bank of Arizona – Buckeye branch is hiring a Branch Relationship Banker (Personal Banker). You will provide full‑service banking, drive sales, open accounts, process loans and resolve client issues, building lasting customer relationships.

You should have 1+ years in sales or banking, strong communication skills, basic math, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. This role requires NMLS registration and FDIC compliance, with a 40‑hour workweek.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1+ years in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
• Experience in financial sales preferred.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and consumer lending applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service banking services focusing on sales and service.
• Open new accounts and process consumer loans.
• Resolve client concerns and refer to other bank departments.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with personalized service.
• Handle cash transactions and basic account maintenance.
• Follow up with clients as needed.
