Zions Bancorporation’s National Bank of Arizona is hiring a Branch Relationship Banker in St. Johns to deliver full‑service banking, help clients reach financial goals and build lasting relationships.

The role requires a high school diploma with 1 year sales/teller/new accounts or related experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; NMLS registration under the SAFE Act is required. Schedule is 40 hours per week, with competitive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing experience.
• Experience in a financial sales role is preferred.
• Working knowledge of banking products, services and transactions.
• Proven customer service and communication skills, written and verbal.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act is required.

• Provide full-service banking services to new and existing customers with a focus on sales and service.
• Resolve client concerns directly or by referring to another department.
• Refer clients to bank products and services including lending.
• Open or update accounts, process cash transactions and loans as needed.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with personalized service.
