Job summary

National Bank of Arizona’s Buckeye branch seeks a Branch Relationship Banker to provide full-service banking, drive sales, and deliver personalized customer service. You’ll handle new accounts, consumer loans, and client inquiries while building lasting relationships in the community.

The role emphasizes daily customer interaction, referrals for lending products, and accurate handling of transactions. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with EEO compliance and career development

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing or related experience.
• Previous experience in a financial sales role preferred.
• Working knowledge of math and standard banking products and transactions.
• Solid customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong selling, cross-selling and referral skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs full-service banking services to new and existing customers with focus on sales and service.
• Resolve client concerns through direct action or referrals to other departments.
• Make referrals for bank products including lending options.
• Follow up with clients as needed.
• Process cash transactions and open/update accounts as required.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service.
