Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1+ years in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing or related.
• Preferred experience in a financial sales role.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math, attention to detail, and ability to refer to other bank services.

Responsibilities

• Provide full‑service banking at the branch with emphasis on sales and service.
• Open new accounts, process loans, and handle client inquiries.
• Resolve client issues or refer to appropriate bank department.
• Proactively refer customers to other bank products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with personalized service.
• May perform cash transactions and update accounts as needed.
