Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of sustained recovery from mental health or substance use issues.
• A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required.
• Experience in assisting clients with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including tenancy support interventions.
• Coordinate services with clients and monitor their clinical status.
• Document treatment notes and care plans.

Skills

Certification as Peer Support Specialist

Knowledge of mental health and substance use issues

Good communication skills

Ability to document clinical notes

Education

NVCI certification

Training in client rights/confidentiality
