  • Connect members with appropriate community resources and referrals.

  • Encourage motivation for change, recovery, coping-skill development, and healthy, safe, and productive living.

  • Provide crisis intervention and support when needed using agency-approved techniques.

  • Facilitate groups, community integration activities, and individual support services as part of the psychosocial rehabilitation program.

  • Educate members about mental health, medication awareness, relapse prevention, and recovery strategies.

  • Help members develop and practice independent living skills.

  • Support the development of healthy social and interpersonal skills within a supportive and inclusive environment.

  • Transport members to and from groups and community outings as needed.

  • Facilitate educational groups and appropriately respond to medical or behavioral emergencies.

  • Maintain clear legal and ethical boundaries with members, staff, families, and community resources.

  • Collaborate effectively with peers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
