Job summary

Griswold Home Care For Stillwater and Woodbury is seeking a Community Liaison to nurture relationships with community partners, increasing awareness and referrals to support clients in the local area.

You will collaborate with the local team to attend events, maintain referral partner lists, and develop personalized communication plans that strengthen Griswold's presence and trusted support in the community.

Weekend or evening events may be required to meet community partners.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Marketing or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in home care or human services, or a strong desire to help others.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Weekend/evening hours may be required for events.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with community partners and referral sources.
• Attending and coordinating monthly community events to raise awareness.
• Grow and maintain list of referral partners in scheduling system.
• Collaborate with local team to generate new clients via referrals.
