Griswold is seeking a Community Liaison in Minnesota to nurture relationships with community partners and referrals, coordinate events, and drive local awareness. You will work with the local team to expand client referrals and ensure a positive brand image across our Griswold network.

The role emphasizes personalized client onboarding, proactive communication with referral sources, and ongoing market awareness to grow the Griswold community and support services staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Marketing or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in home care, human services, or related field is valued.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with community partners and referral sources.
• Attends and coordinates monthly private and community events to raise awareness.
• Grow and maintain an accurate list of referral partners with proper contacts in the scheduling system.
• Provide onboarding for clients through direct follow-up with them and referral sources.
• Create and implement personalized communication cadence with referral sources for follow-up on clients and events.
• Follow-up with referral partners for feedback to improve support.
• Participate in on-call duties on a rotating basis.
• Collaborate with Talent Care Specialist and Community Liaisons to ensure a successful experience for referral partners, clients and caregivers.
• Act as a local marketing expert, monitor market trends, and adapt community awareness strategies.
