Job summary

Griswold Home Care is expanding its MetroWest Boston and Worcester County footprint, seeking a field-based relationship-builder who excels at developing partnerships with hospitals, physician practices, senior living communities, and social services. You will spend time in the community, networking and educating professionals about Griswold Home Care’s high-quality non-medical home care options.

Success is measured by trust and referrals, not hard sales.

Qualifications

• Experience building professional relationships and referral partnerships within healthcare, senior care, home care, or closely related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role while collaborating with an internal team.

Responsibilities

• Visit referral partners and healthcare professionals to develop partnerships.
• Represent Griswold Home Care at networking events and community organizations.
• Maintain regular contact with partners and provide exceptional service from first contact onward.
