Job summary

The position requires strong relationship-building and communication skills, with duties spanning on-site agency visits, training (Safe Serve), and tracking performance against goals. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred/required.
• Serve Safe Food Handler Certification preferred; must certify within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in administration or customer service within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative portion of the Community Partnerships program, including tracking on-site visits and feedback on satisfaction.
• Conduct frequent on-site visits with agencies for coaching, compliance checks, and training as needed.
• Track daily, weekly, quarterly activity and goal achievement; report on progress.
• Leverage work habits to improve efficiency, response times, data analysis and organization.
• Ensure timely reporting required for agencies and internal/external stakeholders.
