Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive strategy; manage execution of Healthcare Partnerships programs.
Forecast immediate and future workforce needs; manage planning, performance, training and staffing.
Lead a team to support communication with participants, vendors and healthcare partners; program evaluation.
Execute solutions to problems; drive improvements within budget guidelines.
Establish and maintain data systems; develop partner activity reports with metrics and trends.
Develop and manage program budgets and seek new contracts with providers.
Build a network of partnerships and funding opportunities; growth initiatives.
Promote Health Equity and Food as Medicine initiatives; educate and engage communities.
Be an internal health equity champion and external ambassador of Philabundance.
