Job summary

Philabundance is seeking a Community Partnerships Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison for member agencies, overseeing relationships, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will provide ongoing support, guidance, and education while monitoring agency health, coordinating visits, training, and capacity-building activities to ensure a compliant, effective partnership that advances the Philabundance mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; extended degree preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred; must certify within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in administration or customer service within a team environment preferred.
• Experience managing projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative portion of Community Partnership program including visits, communications, and satisfaction tracking.
• Conduct frequent onsite visits for coaching, compliance checks, and training such as Safe Serve.
• Track activity and goal achievement across daily, weekly, quarterly reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments and agencies to meet goals.
