• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and align outcomes to commitments.
• Proven ability to create clear, executive-level summaries and updates.
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Proven relationship management skills with partner entities and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborative skills to partner across functions and lead adoption and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial relationships across government, higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, and middle market sectors.
• Develop and maintain engagement plans that align goals, resources, and measurable outcomes with partner entities.
• Monitor progress and deliver executive-ready updates with consistency.
• Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with sector-aligned banking teams and internal stakeholders.
• Translate partner needs into actionable engagement strategies and execution plans.
• Collaborate with community managers to expand financial health workshops and education programs.
• Recommend scalable solutions that support community and business development priorities.
