You will partner with leaders, advisors and stakeholders to convert partnerships and client engagement into measurable outcomes. You will manage national multi-market sponsorships, coordinate client access and drive a consistent approach to business development across six wealth strategies, leveraging strong commercial judgment and

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to execute business development across six wealth strategies.
• Drive lead generation through client events, sponsorships and advisor engagement.
• Coordinate client and prospect engagement, enabling introductions and opportunities.
• Oversee sponsorships and partnerships, including contract reviews and deliverables.
• Develop follow-up plans and evaluate ROI of sponsorships and client activity.
• Establish processes to manage opportunities with pipeline visibility and reporting.
