Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Business Development Manager within the Community & Business Development team to guide regional and national community opportunities for commercial clients and partners. You will manage a diverse portfolio and coordinate with sector-aligned banking teams to translate partner needs into concrete engagement plans with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development across government, higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, or corporate sectors.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and align outcomes to commitments.
• Ability to create clear, executive-level summaries, updates, and presentations.
• Capable of operating independently and managing competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Proven relationship management skills with partner entities and internal teams.
• Coaching and collaboration across functions to drive adoption and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial relationships across government, higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, and middle market sectors.
• Develop and maintain holistic engagement plans with clear goals, resources, and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor progress against engagement objectives and deliver executive-ready updates with consistency.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to deepen engagement with sector-aligned banking teams and internal stakeholders.
• Translate partner needs into actionable engagement strategies and coordinated execution plans.
• Collaborate with financial health coaches and community managers to expand reach of financial health workshops and programming.
• Recommend scalable solutions and repeatable operating practices for community and business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution and strong follow-through in a matrixed environment.
• Represent the firm with high integrity and strengthen trust through measurable community outcomes.
• Travel up to 75%.
