Job summary

Monte Christo Communities is hiring a Property Manager to oversee mobile home and RV park operations in Fresno, CA. The role focuses on leasing, occupancy, resident relations, and financial controls to exceed targets while complying with laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include marketing to sustain occupancy, processing applications and leases, managing revenue collection, and ensuring safety and compliance across the park.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of property management or related experience.
• Fluent Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and increase occupancy rates through marketing and showing homes and spaces in the park.
• Maintain communication with prospective residents throughout the application process and respond professionally.
• Prepare and review lease documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Engage regularly with residents and plan park events to foster community.
• Deliver and document all resident notices in a timely and compliant manner.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and team members.
• Ensure timely revenue collection and monitor collection rates above 97% in the PM system.
• Read and record utility meter usage for accurate resident billing.
• Exercise financial responsibility when acquiring on-site materials and using company funds.
• Submit expense reports promptly.
• Conduct regular park walks to ensure compliance with standards and report weekly to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
• Follow OSHA PPE and compliance regulations.
• Communicate daily with management and coordinate solutions, including outside-office emergencies.
