Job summary

Monte Christo Communities in Fortuna, CA seeks a Development Leader to oversee a portfolio of communities. You will coach Community Leaders, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure financial stewardship while upholding safety and compliance.

You will develop plans, manage budgets, coordinate with HR, and act as on-site leader during staffing gaps, with responsibility for performance, standards, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Community Leaders and on-site teams.
• Set clear performance expectations and monitor progress toward metrics.
• Review team performance metrics and implement development plans as needed.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards and accountability.
• Approve timecard matters and oversee staffing in collaboration with HR.
• Develop and execute action plans to achieve occupancy, revenue, and operational targets.
• Oversee budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and vendor billing.
