Monte Christo Communities seeks a skilled on-site Property Manager to oversee a mobile home and RV park in Morgan Hill and San Jose. The role focuses on leasing, occupancy, resident relations, and financial reporting while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will manage communications with residents, coordinate park events, and monitor utility usage and billing within the property management system. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and minimum of 2 years property management experience.
• Experience managing occupancy, leases, and resident communications preferred.
• Familiarity with park operations, safety rules, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and increase occupancy through leasing and marketing of park homes and spaces.
• Communicate with prospective residents through the application process and handle inquiries professionally.
• Prepare and review lease documents for accuracy and completeness.
