Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking an outgoing, motivated team member in Sunnyvale to drive lead generation, community outreach, and new member enrollment. You will prospect off-site, visit local businesses, and convert conversations into appointments and gym visits.

The role emphasizes independent work, relationship-building, and meeting sales targets, including monthly membership and personal training goals with a base plus commission. Prior sales or hospitality experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of sales, hospitality, customer service, outreach, or business development experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic sales systems.
• Must complete company sales training and orientation.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. and regularly stand, walk, and travel throughout the local community.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & community outreach through off-site prospecting and street-team activity.
• Book membership appointments and meet or exceed monthly goals.
• Provide prospective members with tours and membership options.
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to generate referrals.
• Maintain organized follow-up with leads and events.
