You will drive memberships, schedule appointments, present the Fitness Tour, and provide industry‑leading customer service to convert prospects into members.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in fitness or comparable field.
• Understanding of the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for members and guests during visits.
• Drive potential members into the gym to deliver industry leading customer services to them as well as current members.
• Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet or exceed monthly appointment goals.
• Ensure 100% of guests are presented the “Fitness Tour” during tours as detailed in the Membership Specialist Playbook.
• Follow up with members to ensure we are exceeding expectations.
• Provide the highest level of customer service when communicating with guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.
