Pasadena Villa Outpatient – Richmond is seeking a Community Outreach Liaison to connect clinical partners, clients and families with appropriate resources. The role educates communities and providers about eating disorder treatment services and supports local admissions as a concierge welcoming new clients to the Richmond facility.
A bachelor’s degree is required, a Master’s is preferred, and 2+ years in clinical admissions or healthcare business development are desired; a valid driver’s license
Located in Glen Allen, VA, Pasadena Villa Outpatient – Richmond specializes in treating adults (18 years or older) of all genders who have mood disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, and co-occurring autism spectrum disorder. In addition to the treatment of mental health disorders, Pasadena Villa partners with Aster Springs to provide clinically excellent services to clients suffering from eating disorders.
The Community Outreach Liaison connects clinical partners, clients and families to appropriate clinical resources. The position serves as a liaison and partner to help educate communities, providers, clients and families about eating disorder treatment services. The Community Outreach Liaison supports local admissions acting as a concierge welcoming incoming clients, families, and clinical partners to the facility.
Base Salary: $70K-80K + bonus
This role is hybrid with up to 50% travel.
Maintains frequent and close working relationships with clients and families, facility and national leadership teams, and peers throughout the organization.
Initiates and maintains strong professional relationships with clinical providers, referral partners and vendors, as needed.
Position requires a bachelors degree, Master degree preferred, and 2+ years of related experience in clinical admissions and business development in a healthcare setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Position requires incumbent to have a valid drivers license, vehicle insurance and a clear driving record for the last three years.
