Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient – Richmond seeks a Community Outreach Liaison to connect clinical partners, clients and families with resources and to educate the community about eating disorder treatment services in the Richmond area.

The role is hybrid with up to 50% travel and involves relationship-building with referral sources, guiding admissions and coordinating financing options to support clients’ entry into treatment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of related experience in clinical admissions and business development in a healthcare setting.

Located in Glen Allen, VA, Pasadena Villa Outpatient – Richmond specializes in treating adults (18 years or older) of all genders who have mood disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, and co-occurring autism spectrum disorder. In addition to the treatment of mental health disorders, Pasadena Villa partners with Aster Springs to provide clinically excellent services to clients suffering from eating disorders.The Community Outreach Liaison connects clinical partners, clients and families to appropriate clinical resources. The position serves as a liaison and partner to help educate communities, providers, clients and families about eating disorder treatment services.
