Recent graduates or entry-level sales professionals are invited to join our team in California to earn a substantial income in the senior living market. The role emphasizes field marketing, community networking, and a clear commission structure while visiting facilities and building relationships.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on generating leads, meeting sales targets, and coordinating move-ins. Comprehensive benefits, including health plans, are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• You will work individually supervised by highly driven outgoing team members.
• Door to door travel to designated communities, nursing homes, skilled nursing and senior homes.
• You will generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets.
• You will visit 6-10 skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, etc a day.
• You will source and be responsible for resident move-ins into our senior communities minimum of 8 a month, with commissions per move-in.
• You will network with social workers, administrators and build relationships in your territory.
• You will spend 90% of your time on the field marketing, coordinating move-ins and building a network of relationships in your assigned territory.
• Building and maintain company CRM database.
• Administer day to day operations of the sales room at the community.
