Job summary

Savant Senior Living is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive occupancy in our senior communities. You will operate on-site in designated territories, visiting nursing homes and rehab centers, sourcing move-ins, and building long-lasting relationships with social workers and administrators.

The role emphasizes 90% field activity, lead generation, and a strong emphasis on commissions, with a base pay plus uncapped earnings and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of a high-energy team member.
• Door-to-door outreach to designated communities including nursing homes and senior living facilities.
• Generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets.
• Visit 6–10 skilled nursing facilities or rehab centers daily.
• Source resident move-ins (minimum 8 per month) with uncapped commissions.
• Network with social workers and administrators to build your territory.
• Spend most time in the field marketing and moving-ins, creating relationships.
• Maintain the company CRM database and manage daily sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• You will work individually supervised by highly driven outgoing team members
• Door to door will consist of traveling alone or with a team member to designated communities, nursing homes, skilled nursing and senior homes.
• You will generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets
• You will visit 6-10 skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, etc a day
• You will source and be responsible for resident move ins into our senior communities minimum of 8 a month, no cap and earn commissions per move in
• You will network with social workers, administrators and build relationships in your territory
• You will spend 90% of your time on the field marketing, coordinating move ins and building a network of relationships in your assigned territory
• Building and maintain company CRM database
• Administer day to day operations of the sales room at the community
