Job summary

Savant Senior Living in Los Angeles seeks a motivated sales professional who is a recent college graduate. You will work in a fast-paced field role, traveling to senior housing communities to generate leads and drive move-ins.

You will spend most days in the field, building relationships with social workers and facility administrators, while meeting sales targets and maintaining the CRM. Competitive base pay with commissions offered.

• Visit 6-10 skilled nursing facilities and rehab centers daily.
• Source and manage resident move-ins with uncapped commissions.
• Network with social workers and administrators in your territory.
• Spend 90% of time on field marketing and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

• You will work individually supervised by highly driven outgoing team members
• Door to door will consist of traveling alone or with a team member to designated communities, nursing homes, skilled nursing and senior homes.
• You will generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets
• You will visit 6-10 skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, etc a day
• You will source and be responsible for resident move ins into our senior communities minimum of 8 a month, no cap and earn commissions per move in
• You will network with social workers, administrators and build relationships in your territory
• You will spend 90% of your time on the field marketing, coordinating move ins and building a network of relationships in your assigned territory
• Building and maintain company CRM database
• Administer day to day operations of the sales room at the community
• Amazing base pay plus commissions, uncapped commissions, what you put in is what you get out
