Job summary

Savant Senior Living is seeking a results-driven sales representative in the West Hollywood area to drive move-ins and build community relationships. You will work on the field, visiting multiple senior facilities, while generating leads and meeting targets through structured territory development.

The role offers a strong base pay plus uncapped commissions, benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and various employee perks.

Responsibilities

• You will work individually supervised by highly driven outgoing team members.
• Door to door visits to designated communities, nursing homes, senior homes.
• You will generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets.
• You will visit 6-10 facilities a day.
• You will source and be responsible for resident move-ins (min. 8 per month) with commissions.
• Network with social workers and administrators to build territory relationships.
• Spend 90% of time on field marketing and move-ins; build a network in your territory.
• Maintain company CRM database and administer daily operations of the sales room.

Responsibilities:

• You will work individually supervised by highly driven outgoing team members
• Door to door will consist of traveling alone or with a team member to designated communities, nursing homes, skilled nursing and senior homes.
• You will generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets
• You will visit 6-10 skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, etc a day
• You will source and be responsible for resident move ins into our senior communities minimum of 8 a month, no cap and earn commissions per move in
• You will network with social workers, administrators and build relationships in your territory
• You will spend 90% of your time on the field marketing, coordinating move ins and building a network of relationships in your assigned territory
• Building and maintain company CRM database
• Administer day to day operations of the sales room at the community
