Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a General Manager in Lawrence, Kansas to lead operations for a student living property. You will drive staff development, customer experience, and fiscal performance in a fast-paced collegiate setting.

Responsibilities include staffing, admin, vendor management, and capital projects, with a focus on safety, brand integrity and revenue growth. Excellent leadership and decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to drive customer-focused property operations.
• Experience managing teams and hotel-like turnover processes.
• Familiarity with Entrata and related systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff development and leadership to attract and retain talent.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and on-call coverage.
• Oversee property administration and vendor contracts.
• Lead facilities and capital projects within budget and compliance.
• Plan and execute annual turnover processes with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive customer experience, revenue targets and KPI achievement.
