Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Community Manager to lead daily leasing operations and resident services at an assigned residential community in Atlanta. You will oversee budgeting, collections, and financial reporting, while managing staff and coordinating maintenance and safety programs.

The role requires strong customer service, marketing know-how, and the ability to maintain a high standard of integrity and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum two years’ experience as multi-family community manager.
• Working knowledge of Entrata or other property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to market communities.
• CAM/ARM/CCRM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day leasing operations.
• Inspect community and vacant units to minimize rental arrears.
• Oversee budgets, financial reports, and rent collection.
• Ensure proper move-in paperwork, keys, and remotes are prepared.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and complaints.
• Supervise staff and coordinate training for team members.
• Maintain compliance with permits and safety requirements.
• Oversee maintenance requests and track work orders.
• Prepare weekly/monthly community status reports.
• Monitor occupancy and implement renewal programs to boost retention.
