Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the day-to-day leasing operations and maximize occupancy. You will manage leasing files, enter resident data into Entrata, and respond promptly to leads.

You will mentor staff and assist in marketing and leasing strategy to drive traffic and containment. Ideal candidates have two years in property management, experience with Entrata, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years' property management industry experience.
• Experience with Entrata or other property management software.
• Proven ability to market communities.
• Must have reliable transportation, auto insurance, and have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day leasing operations of the community.
• Respond to prospect telephone calls and internet leads.
• Review lease files for accuracy and input new residents into Entrata.
• Enter daily leasing activity into the leasing system.
• Mentor leasing personnel and coordinate orientation of staff.
• Support the community manager’s marketing and leasing efforts.
