Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day leasing operations and inspect vacant units to minimize arrears.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgets, and rent collections.
• Maintain resident relations and timely responses to concerns.
• Supervise staff and coordinate training and safety.
• Lead marketing efforts to fill units and monitor occupancy.
