Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, leasing activities, and resident relations across our communities in the Puget Sound region. You will partner with the Community Manager to ensure strong financial performance and top-tier resident satisfaction.

You will assist with leasing, rent collection, and inspections, while leading on-site staff and coordinating with maintenance teams. A proactive, people-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of property management or leasing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Yardi/RealPage experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in both office and property environments; physical tasks included.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Show apartments to prospective residents and explain lease terms.
• Process lease agreements, deposits, and rent payments.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate maintenance issues.
• Inspect vacant units for repairs and readiness.
• Support attendance at meetings and trainings.
• Supervise on-site staff in line with policies and laws.
