Job summary

Allied Residential in the Puget Sound region is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations and success of an assigned community, maximize occupancy, ensure resident satisfaction, and lead the on-site team.

You will review financial reports, manage leasing processes, mentor staff, and stay aware of market conditions to drive performance while complying with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of property management or related experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365) and Yardi.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
• Knowledge of financial reports, budgeting, and property operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Customer service-oriented with a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Show available apartments, explain lease terms, amenities, and collect leasing docs.
• Manage rent collections and related accounting per policy.
• Address resident concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect apartments and common areas for quality and repairs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the on-site team.
• Review financial and operational reports; implement cost-control strategies.
• Monitor local market conditions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure safety, security, and policy compliance.
• Lead regular team meetings and training sessions.
