Woodward Management Partners is seeking a Property Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead all phases of community operations within budgeted financial goals. You will supervise the maintenance team, oversee marketing and leasing, rent collection and budgeting, and ensure safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of property management experience, with knowledge of Yardi and proficiency in Word/Excel.

• Minimum 1–3 years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee property operations within budgeted financial goals.
• Supervise maintenance and ensure timely work orders and turns.
• Handle marketing, leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and administration.
• Maintain occupancy and profitability while controlling expenses.
• Coordinate bids and capital items for annual budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and fair housing laws.
