Job summary

Woodward Management Partners in Huntsville, AL is seeking a leasing professional to show and lease apartments, provide excellent customer service, and support marketing efforts across social media under the Community Director.

You will represent the company professionally, follow housing laws, maintain leasing office readiness, conduct open houses, process applications and leases, and assist with renewals while collaborating with the Community Director to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Property management experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Able to walk, stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally at all times.
• Comply with Fair Housing laws and ADA as well as local regulations.
• Communicate with Community Director regarding issues affecting operations.
• Ensure the leasing office, amenities, model apartment, and tour path are ready to show.
• Conduct open and closing procedures and process lease paperwork.
• Assist with renewals and renewals leases for signatures.
• Maintain knowledge of community policies and market conditions.
• Support outreach marketing and update Facebook and Instagram weekly.
• Shop comps and update market surveys; contribute to occupant occupancy goals.
