Job summary

Woodward Management Partners is seeking a Property Manager in Atlanta to oversee daily operations of a residential community, manage marketing, leasing, and budgeting under the Regional Director, and ensure profit goals are met. You will supervise maintenance staff, handle vendor relations, enforce safety and compliance, collect rents, and strive for high curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

A valid driver’s license, 1–3 years of property management experience, and familiarity with property

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of property management experience.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
• Must be able to endure walking, standing, and physical activity.
• All candidates must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Ensure property compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage marketing, leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and A/P processes.
• Supervise maintenance and ensure timely completion of work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain occupancy, profitability, and rental growth while controlling expenses.
