Woodward Management Partners seeks a property maintenance supervisor in Huntsville, AL. You will oversee all maintenance operations, coordinate with the Community Director, and ensure safety/compliance with federal and local regulations.

You will schedule, budget within goals, and perform on-site repairs for occupied and vacant units. Ideal candidates hold a valid driver’s license, can lift 50 lbs, and have HVAC certification (CPO preferred).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate under rotating on-call schedule.
• HVAC certification is required; CPO is preferred.
• Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen; we are an equal opportunity employer.

Responsabilités

• Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally at all times.
• Maintain property conditions within operating budget and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance tasks and respond to service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Inspect property daily to ensure curb appeal and safety, and manage subcontractors as needed.
• Assist in budget preparation, bid gathering, and on-call emergency service as required.
