Qualifications

• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally to residents, vendors and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws and company policies.
• Communicate with Regional Director on issues impacting operations and finances.
• Bid out annual contracts to secure best pricing and terms.
• Maintain occupancy and rental income within budgeted goals.
• Assist with leasing, showings and move-ins/move-outs as needed.
