• Manage the day-to-day operations of the community to maintain professionalism by all team members.
• Adhere to Leasing, Management, Operations, Maintenance, and Emergency Procedures manuals and handbook.
• Maintain resident relations and renewal programs.
• Supervise service team alongside Lead Maintenance and monitor service requests.
