Job summary

Morgan Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Baytown, TX. The role supports the Community Manager in daily operations, resident relations, and financial tasks while maintaining Morgan’s standards and procedures.

You will oversee leasing activities, supervise staff in supervision of maintenance, and help ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Assistant Community Manager.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day operations of the community.
• Maintain excellent resident relations and respond to comments or complaints.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion by the maintenance team.
• Assist in bookkeeping and rent collection per lease agreements.
• Support marketing efforts and leasing activities for the community.
• Perform Essential Job Functions as outlined in the leasing consultant description.
