Morgan Group management team is seeking a Residential Community Manager for a large multi-family property in Houston. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, supervise office and maintenance staff, and ensure top-tier resident relations and financial control.

Responsibilities include budgeting, leasing strategy, vendor coordination, and enforcing company standards to maximize occupancy and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential Community Manager.
• Experience managing 300+ units preferred.
• Experience with leasing, budgeting, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the community to uphold professional standards.
• Supervise office, maintenance and service teams to ensure timely work and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee financials including budgeting, reporting, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Drive leasing, marketing, resident relations, and renewals to meet occupancy goals.
