Job summary

The Morgan Group seeks an experienced Leasing Consultant to support daily operations at one of its managed communities. You will assist with leasing, resident relations, move-ins, and coordination across maintenance, marketing, and service teams.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience as Assistant Community Manager or similar, with strong customer service and marketing skills, plus excellent organizational and verbal abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Assistant Community Manager or similar role.
• Strong customer service and marketing skills.
• Excellent organizational and verbal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day operations to maintain professionalism and service quality.
• Maintain resident and office files in a confidential, organized manner.
• Supervise leasing team in the Community Manager's absence and support training.
• Monitor service requests, market-ready units, and move-ins to ensure timely completion and turnover.
• Oversee rent collection, billing, and coordination with accounting per lease agreement.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and ADA laws and contribute to resident satisfaction.
