The Morgan Group is a property management company in Baytown, TX seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support day-to-day operations, leasing, and resident relations. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in an assistant management capacity and strong customer service, marketing, and organizational skills.

You will assist with maintaining files, managing service requests, and supporting bookkeeping and rent collection while upholding Morgan's standards of integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Assistant Community Manager.
• Strong customer service and marketing skills.
• Good organizational and verbal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day operations of the community.
• Maintain office professionalism, files, and resident records.
• Supervise leasing team in the Community Manager's absence.
• Manage resident relations and respond to comments and complaints.
• Monitor service requests and market-ready turnover times.
• Oversee bookkeeping, rent collection, and monthly financials.
• Ensure compliance with policies and lease agreements.
• Lead marketing efforts and leasing активности activities.
