Morgan Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support day-to-day operations across our multifamily properties in Texas. You will assist with leasing, resident relations, and coordinating maintenance, while upholding our standards of service and integrity.

You will collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure smooth operations, accurate bookkeeping, and timely communications with residents and staff, contributing to a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Assistant Community Manager.
• Strong customer service and marketing skills.
• Ability to interact well with coworkers, supervisors, guests, vendors, contractors and the public.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations of the community.
• Maintain resident relations and ensure professional service.
• Assist in marketing and leasing efforts.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Perform bookkeeping and rental collection tasks.
