• Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day operations to achieve professionalism across the office and community.
• Supervise leasing team in the Community Manager's absence and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Maintain resident relations, handle move-ins, renewals, and communications with residents.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion and accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in marketing, lead follow-up, and fair housing compliance.
• Process rents, payables, and prepare monthly financials in line with MORGAN standards.
