FirstService Residential in Rockville, MD is seeking a General Manager to provide strong leadership and strategic direction for the community, reporting to the Board of Directors. The role oversees all business and operations, ensures compliance, and serves as the primary liaison between residents, staff, and committees to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 3 years’ experience in Property Operations, Hospitality or Construction or equivalent.
• Seven years of community management experience with staff supervision.
• Understanding of Condominium law, financial planning and related regulations.

• Review organization structure and functions; propose changes to the Board.
